there are Numerous ways to get involved

Bookstore
Bookstore volunteers work a 2-hour shift regularly or as a substitute. Duties include greeting and engaging the public with great customer service, taking payments, and straightening bookshelves.

Sorting Donations
Help us sort and inventory donated books and media to sell in our Friends Bookstore and book sales. We sort Monday through Friday. Shifts are usually 2-3 hours depending on the volume of materials to be sorted.

Book Haulers
We are always looking for a few strong people to haul boxes of books from the library to our storage unit at Cubbyhole Storage. Sorted boxed books are stored here until the next book sale.

Special Events
Throughout the year volunteers help work F.O.L. and library events like the literary festival and our annual collaboration with the rotary club for Books, Brats and Brews.
